Was a little worried about getting a puppy from interstate. But there was no need to worry at all. From beginning to end, Jade was wonderful with fantastic communication. We had updates of photos & videos of our chosen puppy. We have had Gracie our Westipoo - Westie x toy poodle for near 6 weeks & couldn’t be happier with her. Beautiful temperament. Thank you. We have had our beautiful Bella for 3 and a half weeks now. Jade was great to deal with and helped me choose the puppy that would best suit my family. She is a happy, sociable, loving little puppy and we couldn’t be happier. We took her to our vets to get her 2nd needle yesterday and the vet did a full health check on her and said she is perfect. Have always wanted a little Pembroke Corgi for as long as I can remember and by chance stumbled upon Puppies Australia business card at a fish store. Curious to see what it was all about there I found my precious furbaby waiting to be adopted. The girls at puppies Australia were extremely professional and highly knowledgeable when delivery information and all the necessary requirements to ensure our puppy arrived safely. Oskar was exceptionally taken care of, proven by the farm visit we took to go see him for the first time. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a furbaby to add to their family that they choose Puppies Australia who are highly passionate, loving and professional carers. After searching the internet and after a few false starts, I came across Puppies Australia and now have my perfect Cavoodle. Although I am at the top end of Australia and they are at the bottom, the whole process was smooth and streamlined. As trust was essential, and there was no chance I could see my girl before the deal was made, Jade was fantastic. Every box was ticked, all paperwork in order, and every question answered. My Bella arrived in Cairns happy and healthy and has settled into life in the Tropics very quickly. I have already told a friend who is very keen, and would recommend them to anyone. I have been on my own since my husband died 17 years ago, and it feels good to have a little mate in the house, even if she turns into a tornado occasionally! She is learning quickly, though she definitely has a mind of her own and a personality to go with it.

We would like to thank Selina and the girls for the awesome puppy we purchased at the end of May. Our maltese silky of 13.5 years passed away and it was devasting for us. He was our world.
We wanted to find a puppy to give a loving home to and after researching we decided a cavoodle breed was the best option for us. Then was the world of the internet – full of many different dogs from many places and breeders all ranging from different prices. We really didn’t know where to start and didn’t know who we could trust.
My wife and I then came across puppies.com.au. Willung was 3.5 hours away from us, so we had to be sure it was worth our while. The website was really easy to navigate and we saw a couple of puppies on the site that we thought were gorgeous. We decided to make contact and find out some more information. Selina was great, patient, answered all our questions and completely understood the long travel distance. After emails back and forth, we made a decision to go up on a weekend and visit a puppy Selina had recommended for us. We booked in a time and met with the girls who were great at providing information on parents, temperament and gave us enough time to have a play with the puppies. They have a great location with lots of space for the dogs.
When the girls brought in Humphrey, he was much bigger than the other puppies and he came bounding across the room, jumping on all the other puppies’ heads, My wife looked at me and said ‘yes, that’s the one.’ We wanted a puppy with a bit of cheekiness and playfulness. Humphrey was 4 months old. We signed the paperwork – which was a really easy process. Puppies.com.au organise the microchip transfer and go through food, health and answer any other questions you might have. We took Humphrey and he survived the long trip home, sleeping all the way. He is just a gorgeous well looked after puppy. We were so happy. Since being at home, he has learnt to use the doggie door and also learnt to ‘sit.’ He is great around other dogs and loves to play. We have found him to be very intelligent and we are so happy with our decision to go with puppies.com.au. Selina is also happy to answer any questions once home. We would completely recommend puppies.com.au to anyone looking to home a beautiful well looked after doggie.

Staff are lovely, property clean, dogs were happy, lively, well looked after and healthy. We met our puppy’s parents, got excellent paperwork including proof of healthy parents, microchip, insurances, vacc info etc. After one meeting with puppy we were sold! He is soo devine! Same day we brought our new fur baby ‘Paddy’ home much to my kids excitement, he is a total sweetie. His temperament is cuddly, playful and a little cheeky, just what we wanted. We introduced him to our local vet who was very happy with the paperwork, said it was very efficient and comprehensive and Puppy is healthy and developing beautifully. Rosie our naughty, crazy and cute schnoodle! We’ve had her now for about 4 months and she has been a great addition to our family of two humans and now two schnoodles. Jade and Selina were most helpful and made importing a puppy into Singapore a most seamless experience. Meili our Cavoodle arrived with her sister Ally on 7th August. We had a chat group and Jade literally gave us a diary of Meili’s activities daily. Healthy and playful, Meili is super fearless for a tiny pup.

I would highly recommend puppies Australia. My puppy Bobby was waiting for me in their fun play area. I was able to meet his mum and spend some time getting to know my new little man. Jade answered any questions I had and provided me with take home food and a big bag of yummy treats .Bobby has settled in well after three weeks and is a bundle of joy to have around.
