We got our little Monty 2 months ago now and he is the most perfect little rugrat we could have ever hoped for! Was in talks with the ever attentive jade, who answered my sometimes silly questions very diligently and offered to send pictures and videos considering I am on the other side of the the country and couldn’t meet any of the puppies before I could choose. Made the whole process the easiest I could of hoped for and eased the stress of organising interstate travel for Charlie. Very organised and really gets the ball rolling. Had my Charlie home the day after everything was finalised!

We can't thank you enough for our Rosey. The first picture is of my son holding Rosey the day we picked her up at 10 weeks and the second of Rosey today at almost 18 weeks, has her last needle on thursday.
You have such a fantastic facility and loving staff who really love what they do. The young lady who looked after us (sorry, I have forgotten her name) was terrific and very helpful and gave us such great advice.
Rosey has now really settled in and is controlling the family excellently, lol. I think Rosey and my family have found our soul mate, she has completely changed the atmosphere in our home, it is even more happy than before!
Once again, thank you and keep up the good work. We would happily recommend your facility to everyone, it is fantastic.

We were looking around puppies for a little while but it was a little challenging as it was our first time..but it didn't take much time after we met Jade and her team. They were very informative and helpful from the first contact. We visited them and met our puppy Sola and his parents..he is so adorable, kind (sometimes cheeky!) and healthy. Jade and the team at Puppies Australia have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Fergie our Scottish terrier x corgi x poodle mix is so well natured and very well socialised by the time we got him. And Sophie was so helpful answering all our questions, and giving us lots of advice when it came to pick up our little fur baby! We have been absolutely delighted with the staff (particular mention to Jade who from 1st point of contact to Monday, the day we picked up our cavoodle "okee", she has made us welcome, nothing was to much trouble). The whole process of adapting our new puppy was easy and handled with a great deal of care and love.
We received lots of photos and updates from paying deposit to picking him up. he is happy and very content in his new home which a credit to the staff as it is obvious how much they love all the dogs and pups there. i was so impressed with being able to meet both parents and to see other dogs on their house day whilst we were there plus other puppies playing free. great environment. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. we love our little Okee so much.
Just to mention lastly, what a joy to see dogs running in the paddocks.

My partner and I got in touch with Puppies Australia via email, and promptly received a reply from Jade on the very same day.
Upon confirmation from Jade that we were serious about adopting a puppy, Jade offered for us to visit the puppy vicinity in South Gippsland. We very quickly bonded with a male West Highland Terrier and decided to add Nike to our family
Jade gave us constant updates on Nike’s development over the month until he was properly weaned from his mother; including photos of his mischievous acts  Jade also made sure that Nike was well taken cared off in her hands before passing him onto us.
I can confidently vouch for the well-being and professionalism of Jade and her team. Would definitely return to Puppies Australia when we decide to add another to our family.

We cannot thank Puppies Australia enough for bringing our fur babies into our lives. Alfie (scottiexcavoodle) and little sister Ivy (Beaglierxcavoodle) are amazing in their own way but both smart, affectionate and absolutely adorable.
Puppies Australia were extremely responsive and helpful before, during and after the adoption in both cases and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - in fact we already have many times. It’s obvious they take great pride in caring and raising the puppies and their parents.

Welcome to our family Holly.... the perfect little puppy, the perfect little name for our kids Christmas present. We were so excited to purchase our first dog after talking about it for a couple of years my partner finally caved and we were on the search! My partners family had purchased their family dog through puppies Australia 11 years ago. Knowing how beautiful Samantha was we decided to go through them to find our little girl.Dennis and I could not be more grateful for such a positive experience with Puppies Australia. From the beginning till the day we picked our little Sophie up we were updated with plenty of photos and videos and got to go and meet our girl 2 weeks prior to picking her up. Jade and Will were so lovely and knowing how clean and loving the environment was gave us a great feeling, so much so we felt bad taking her from there! We love our little girl so much it’s the best addition to our little family and would highly recommend buying through them!
