We had a fantastic experience with Puppies Australia.

1. Initial communication with Jade was really prompt and friendly
2. The staff were super patient as we played with puppies (and then met parents) for a couple of hours before deciding on our Bonnie wee lass (ScottieXWestieXCavoodle)
3. We received great advice about caring for the newest member of our family and had peace of mind with the pet insurance, guarantees and DNA testing of parents etc.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I got one of the mothers from here and she’s amazing and so well natured. They’re so well looked after and you can see that so much love goes into every animal. On top of that they are so easily contactable if you need them in the future. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a life long pal.

After months of searching for my first dog I came across Puppies Australia and fell in love with my new puppy Teddy. The staff were so friendly and clearly care about all the dogs in their care. Jade was happy to answer my many questions and really listened to what we were wanting. Our little cavoodle Molly is the perfect fit for our family. She was so well socialised that she has immediately settled into our family, which has two other dogs and 2 cats, and everyone loves her.

We were so lucky to have found our puppy of choice. We saw his photo & instantly thought this is the puppy we want. After speaking to Jade who was so helpful. Puppies Australia made finding the perfect pup for me super easy and helpful !
They kept me in the loop the entire time. sending me photos, videos and letting me know when he had been to the vet to get his vaccinations. They flew him by plane all the way to me and when he arrived he was the most amazing bundle of joy I could ever have asked for with beautiful chestnut curls and the most incredible temperament and calm nature.

Jade was incredible with us, provided advice and happily answered our questions - we had a great experience. We were welcomed to visit and meet the puppy’s parents and saw first hand the love for all the dogs at the breeders. We may be back soon for A friend for Tilly. We will wait n see. Many thanks to Jade and team in her help in recommending Dash to us. He is well settled after 24 hrs, he was given a full health check at our vets today and charmed everyone in there! Great and professional experience we had when buying the most adorable and loving little Japanese Spitz! She is full of live and a lot of energy. You could see she was well looked after.
